سابق چیف سیکرٹری خیبر پختونخوا ڈاکٹر کاظم نیاز کے اعزاز میں الوداعی تقریب سول سیکرٹریٹ پشاور میں منعقد کی گئی۔ تقریب میں سابق چیف سیکرٹری سلیم خان، انسپکٹر جنرل پولیس معظم جاہ انصاری، انتظامی سیکرٹریز، ڈویژنل کمشنرز اور دیگر اعلیٰ عہدیداروں نے شرکت کی۔ایڈیشنل چیف سیکرٹری شہاب علی شاہ نے تبدیل ہونے والے چیف سیکرٹری کو دو سالہ مدت پر خراج تحسین پیش کیا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ڈاکٹر کاظم نیاز نے جب چیف سیکرٹری کا عہدہ سنبھالا تو صوبے میں کورونا اور بڑھتے ہوئے پولیو کیسز کے چیلنجز درپیش تھے لیکن ان کی بہترین قائدانہ صلاحیتوں کی بدولت صوبے نے ان چیلنجز پر قابو پانے میں قومی سطح پر باقی صوبوں کے مقابلے میں اچھی کارکردگی دکھائی۔ ان کا مزید کہنا تھا کہ ڈاکٹر کاظم نیاز کی سربراہی میں صوبے نے ہر محاز پر سبقت حاصل کی جبکہ ضم اضلاع کی ترقی اور خوشحالی کے لئے ٹاسک فورس کے قیام کا سہرا بھی ان کے سر ہے۔اس موقع پر تبدیل ہونے والے چیف سیکرٹری ڈاکٹر کاظم نیاز نے کہا کہ مشکل حالات میں صوبے میں ذمہ داریاں سنبھالیں لیکن اچھی اور بہترین ٹیم کی بدولت مشکل حالات سے نکلے اور صوبے نے بہترین کارکردگی دکھائی انہوں نے کہا کہ ضم اضلاع کی ترقی او خوشحالی میری دلی خواہش اور خصوصی ترجیح رہی اور اس لئے ان اضلاع کے لئے ٹاسک فورس کا قیام بھی کیا گیا۔انہوں نے اپنے سٹاف اور ٹیم ممبرز کا شکریہ ادا کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ خیبر پختونخوا میں گزشتہ دو سالوں کے دوران بہترین یادیں ساتھ لے کر جا رہا ہوں۔ تقریب کے آخر میں سینئر ممبر بورڈ آف ریونیو، سیکرٹری اسٹبلشمنٹ، سیکرٹری انتظامیہ، سیکرٹری پاپولیشن، ڈائریکٹر پی ایم آر یونے سابق چیف سیکرٹری کو یادگاری شیلڈ اور قالین پیش کئے۔
